Maybe not a surprise. We see it all around us – people value looking good – over doing good but it nice to see it verified by the research.
You’ll be shocked to hear how much the Canadian taxpayer is on the hook to pay consultants to support our public sector employees.
And despite what you’re told, the research is clear it’s also a very ineffective way to help the poor. But I know, it sounds good and that’s what most of us seem to really care about.
It’s true. Just look up WW II’s Operation Bernhard or watch the 2007 Academy Awarding winning film The Counterfeiters.
