75% of Canadians support a second wave lockdown. But why do they need to wait for government to tell them to go back to the April restrictions?

Economics and finance are not the same thing. Virtually all our focus is on economics – ie government spending, borrowing, taxes -while ignoring the massive financial risks building in the credit markets.

We need to have a thorough discussion of the costs and benefits but one big obstacle are those who say “you can’t put a price on a life.”
