Good heavens, Senator Mike Duffy the central figure in the Senate Expense Scandal is suing the Government for 8 million for pain and suffering, loss of enjoyment of life and loss of reputation. Yes, the same Mike Duffy that only was aequitted of raud, breach of trust and bribery because the Senate rules were so vague.
